  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
  • If applicable, shipping costs will be added to the total price. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. VHS to Digital Conversion

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they own the rights to any VHS tapes submitted for conversion.
  • We are not liable for damaged or deteriorated tapes that affect video quality.
  • While we take great care in handling your media, Ken’s Photo Imaging is not responsible for accidental loss or damage during the conversion process.
